About
What is chronic dis-ease?
Before there’s actual disease, there’s dis-ease.
Chronic dis-ease is a term used to describe the progressive nature of illness. A chronic disease doesn’t just start overnight. For months, years, or sometimes decades before getting a diagnosis, you’ve been experiencing cumulative unwellness without resolution.
The earlier in that dis-ease trajectory you start to understand and address the root causes, the more chances there are to get well.
About You
I’m so glad you want to know more about me and my work but first, let me ask you:
Are you overwhelmed at the prospect of feeling sick for the rest of your life?
Do you feel you’ve tried “everything” but you’re still struggling with your health?
Do you long to reclaim the energy you spend puzzling over your health?
Not sure if you belong here?
Every person who suffers from chronic dis-ease experiences some of these symptoms, which may vary in duration and intensity over time:
Low energy, fatigue, brain fogginess.
Poor recovery from exercise.
Chronic muscle and/or joint pain.
Periodic headaches.
Food allergies and/or intolerances; environmental allergies.
Digestive irregularities: diarrhea, constipation or both; acid reflux; belching; pain in different segments of the digestive system; difficult digestion.
Skin issues: eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.
Difficulty losing or gaining weight/muscle mass.
Frequent use of over-the-counter medications: NSAIDs, antacids, laxatives, etc.
Undesirable hair loss and/or hair thickening.
Frequent bacterial, viral and/or fungal infections.
Pain or other discomfort that leads to habitual use of over-the-counter drug(s).
Depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, substance abuse.
Food cravings: sweet, salty, wine, cheese, beer, bread, pasta, coffee, ice, others.
Obsession with food; never being at peace with it, no matter what you’re eating.
Metabolic dysfunction: hypertension, heart disease, obesity, diabetes.
Autoimmune disease: Arthritis, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), vitiligo, etc.
My clients are:
Tired of hitting walls when they go to the doctor.
Unwilling to depend on medication for the rest of their lives.
Motivated to recover from chronic dis-ease — with or without a diagnosis, they know they’re not well.
Ready to take ownership of their health.
Does that ring true to you?

About Me
My mission is to help you feel great in your physical body so that you can focus on living the life you want.
Think of me as a project manager. The project? Your recovery from chronic dis-ease.
I’ve had my good share of chronic dis-ease and healing crises in my life, and I learned that conventional medicine alone couldn’t make me healthy no matter how badly I wanted that. With the right information, motivation and accountability, however, I have recovered and I continue to heal on my own terms.
And that’s what I’m here to help you do!
