This You?
Hi! Here’s where I attempt to describe the kind of woman I work best with. Over the years I’ve worked with many women, but after a while I realized there were recurring issues they needed helped with. You will still get a lot out of True Nourishment, even if this doesn’t describe you to a T, so make sure to subscribe to the list here…
If you’re anything like the women I work with, you LOVE life and you have BIG time plans to work, to learn and to have fun.
Yet things are not running that smoothly in health territory… And you know that the food you’re eating (or not!) and your short-termed lifestyle choices are affecting your mood, appearance, drive and creativity… your ability to enjoy life!
Perhaps you can see yourself in one of these descriptions?
- You are a busy, professionally engaged woman, you’re smart and ambitious. You’ve done well for yourself in many realms, but somehow, when it comes to taking care of your body, is like if someone was talking to you in Yiddish (that is, if you don’t speak Yiddish).
So far, you’ve gotten away with it, but now the doctor is giving you long lists of specialists you need to visit and medications you should consider… and it is frustrating and highly overwhelming. Your level of stress was high enough before. But now it’s getting off the charts. Help!
OR
- You are building your career. You love what you do and excited about the possibilities. You shop at the health food store and do your best to keep fit.
You grew up witnessing your mother’s dieting madness and you are constantly tempted to pick up a diet yourself. You know there must be a better way and want to save your precious energy for the fun and exciting stuff (after all, you see how the dieting thingy worked out for your mom). You want to cut to the chase and make peace with food NOW. Once and for all.
OR
- You are a long-time, health-conscious woman. You don’t mind cooking for yourself and you love the farmers market. You have a fitness routine — most of the time. You rarely eat junk food, you routinely detoxify your body, you take supplements… you’re doing the right thing.
Which is why it’s so darn frustrating that you are so tired and unwell! It seems like the more careful you are, the more you need to be and it’s getting old. You used to think you had your diet figured out, but you’re not so sure any more…
Bottom-line is, your health needs to stop being an obstacle and start being your ally in following your dreams! You know this in your heart and you want to make it a reality.

Acquiring real, sustainable, True Nourishment is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight. In order to do it successfully, you need to drop the “magic pill” mindset, simply because it doesn’t work (oh, wouldn’t that be nice?), you need to create your own version of wellness, because that’s the only version that will work for you long term, and you need support, because NO one can do it alone.

- Crave simplicity. You are already overwhelmed with nutrition information and are looking to simplify the complexity of food and find the way of eating that works for you
- Can see the bigger picture. You understand you need to give to yourself if you want to give of yourself to the world and are ready to figure out when and how to do it
- Trust that I can meet you where you are (I will!) AND you are ready to do some work (good!)
… then, it’s extremely likely that we can do some magik together.
