A lot of the work I do with my clients is helping them get comfortable in the kitchen. Cooking is essential to good health because it’s virtually impossible to control the quality and quantity of food you eat without preparing at least some of it.
With that in mind, I spend lots of time in the kitchen, simplifying recipes and cooking methods. I deconstruct recipes to their bare essentials — without sacrificing flavor — so that my clients succeed at cooking on a regular basis.
All the recipes here are free of gluten and refined-sugar. The few of them that contain dairy, have a dairy-free option as well. I design recipes to be part of a healing eating regime, and to comply with a variety of elimination/provocation protocols.
