Should I Eat Raw or Roasted Nuts?

wow, you gave such a great description between eating raw and roasted nuts. Heck, lets eat more raw!

Hi Jane, I hope it is clear that it’s best to have nuts that are originally raw, but have been soaked and then dehydrated.
