Nice tip Andrea.
I do make my dressings at home, but didn’t occur to me to mix everything together and keep it. That way I can have a base ready all the time and just need to put some flavorings (herbs/garlic, etc.) later on….
One question: after mixing this vinaigrette for ex. do you need to put it in the fridge is you are going to use it later?

Hi Sam. Yes, It’ll last a long time in the fridge — a week to 2 weeks — if it doesn’t have any herbs in it. With herbs, I’d say 3 days?
