3 Tips to Make Your Cooking Easier, Faster & Healthier (2 of 3)

Do you ever get bored from eating leftovers from the same meal 2 or 3 days? Sure, you can make a big batch of soup, have some and freeze some, but what if there’s no space in the freezer? Or you simply don’t like to freeze food?

Do you end up throwing food away because everyone at home gets sick of it? Do you avoid buying big batches of vegetables — even if they’re in season and cheap — because you simply don’t know what to do with them?

Here’s an idea you can try. I call it “the assembling method” and I explain it in the video. Check it out!
