A whole day dedicated to you. If you are struggling with health issues, have low energy and know that it’s time to change your diet and your lifestyle but don’t have time to commit to a long-term program, then this is for you.

This program includes…

Prior to the retreat:
* Preparatory 45-min phone session. We’ll discuss your nutrition and health needs at the moment. Based on this information, I will design your specific blueprint.

The day of the retreat:
* 6 hours of private nutrition and health counseling. Everything you need to know to turn your health around. Easy, clear and realistic.
* A hands-on private cooking class. Tailored to your particular needs.
* A full-body massage. Do I need to say more?
* Nutritious and delicious lunch and dinner freshly prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu will be decided in advance according to your dietary needs and restrictions.

After the retreat:
* Follow-up 45-min phone session. Anything else you might need to guarantee you’ll have great results as you continue to implement your blueprint.

In addition, you’ll receive:
* Unlimited support via email throughout the program. From the moment you sign up until the completion of the program, I’ll be there to answer all your questions within 24 hours.
* 3 months access to the True Nourishment Inner Circle. All the benefits of this wonderful group program are included.
* Audio recordings of every session we do. So you can go back to the information as many times as you need.
* All the support materials, forms and handouts you need to implement your blueprint gradually and effortlessly.

The retreat will take place at the beautiful Atmananda Yoga Studio in Manhattan. Check out some pictures here.
