My biggest problem is when to have these smoothies. The thing is I just do not like cold drinks, especially with my breakfast I need a hot one. Again for dinner – I want to eat it and not drink it in a gulp. One of the few reasons why I do not have have smoothies at all….any ideas how to improvise?

I make the strawberry/spinach one every morning. I never considered Parsley with bananas but I will try it today. I’m off to buy some bananas!

I just made the banana/parsley smoothie and am sipping it now. I just wish I had added some of my raw milk insteed of water. Yet, this is still very good. A fresh taste. Thanks for the recipe.
